Our prices are per apartment, per day, based on a minimum stay of 7 nights. Please note that prices may vary depending on the season.

Cancellation policy
Please inform us in good time if you need to cancel your stay.
In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:
- More than 30 days before arrival: the full amount may be used for an equivalent booking within the current season.
- 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- Less than 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
- Early departure, late arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Tip: travel insurance can help you avoid unnecessary costs.

Pets
- We welcome dogs and pets up to a maximum weight of 18 kg.
- Pets are only permitted in selected apartments and must be registered when booking. Pets are considered accepted only upon written confirmation from our side.
- The daily charge for pets is € 20.00. This does not include any services.
- Please note: staff may only enter your unit when your pet is not present.
- Pets are not allowed in public areas such as the hotel lobby, house bar, dining areas or wellness zones. Pets may only be led from your accommodation to the entrance and exit.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
